Exactly how you can tone up your butt!

Women mostly desire to tone up theyre asscett and to have a firm bum just like J-lo or Beyonce, and most use the excuse of 'Thats surgery work and i can't afford surgery'
But there are so many reasons why having a toned bum can boost your self esteem and help you feel so much better...
like looking better in tight fitted jeans, buying the same size bottoms than the top and not being bottom heavy.
whats your reason?
Their are some specific exercises that you can do to really target this specific area of the body. The exercises are not that difficult but do require you to eat a well balanced diet and low on carbohydrates, so you can get the full effect in a shorter period of time.
Just image taking a walk in the mall in your favorite high heels and those sexy jeans that you have always wanted to wear. I can tell you one thing, and that is all eyes will be on you. Don't be bashful because you deserve every minute of it. You see, who says hard work doesn't pay off?

all it takes is a little dedication and some hard work!

Butt Toning Exercises
1. Isometric Butt Squeezes
This is a great shaping exercise for your butt. What you do is lie face down and squeeze your butt together for as long as possible. Anywhere from 15 seconds all the way up to 5 minutes (yes, it's possible).
You don't need to do this lying face down, you can do these just about anywhere while standing up, sitting, lying around, whatever... even when you're driving your car. But I've found that lying face down works best.
2. Hindu Squats
This is a fast, no weights version, of squats. What you do is squat up and down as fast as you can while swiping or touching your finger tips to the ground during each repetition. This is great for fast weight loss.
You'll want to do 100 repetitions in less than 5 minutes. When you can do that with no problems, increase to 200 repetitions in less than 10 minutes.
3. Deadlifts
This will firm and round up your butt like crazy. What you do is pick up a barbell from the ground while keeping your eyes looking forward and your back relatively straight. Keep your knees slightly bent also. The key to this is doing a lot of sets and keeping your rest times short.
I suggest you do 8 sets of 10 repetitions with 45 seconds rest between sets. Results come quick!
So if you want to firm, tone, round, and tighten your bum, those are the 3 best butt toning exercises you can do for fast results.
